IP Office Techs provides Service and Installation of Business Phone Systems by Avaya,  Yealink, and Asterisk based systems. We install Legacy Style Systems that use the same cabling as your older phone system but with much newer phones and features. We also provide the latest in VoIP such as our INTERKOM system that uses on-premise or  hosted PBXs.

We do our own installations. We pride ourselves on smooth cutovers from an older system to one of our Avaya, VoIP, or our INTERKOM hosted system.

For a seamless cutover to the new system, we put a new phone on the receptionist desk while the old one is still working and also place other critical phones per your direction. Both phones are live at the same time on each of these specified desks. We then move over the phone line in less than 2 minutes, and calls begin to flow to the new system and phones.

That’s about two minutes of downtime for a Business Phone System Installation – not bad! We then place other phones in an agreed upon order. Non-essential phones, people off work that day, or empty cubes and offices can be done ahead of time.
